Recorded at the Performance Center in Berklee College, Boston as part of an evening of ECM artists this is a wonderful little gem. Short but very sweet!

So cool. What a great little time capsule.
Pat was so locked in on Icefire. Such intense attention to every detail of phrasing and melody.
The second track – seeds of September 15th, and The Sun in Montreal! (I remember he mentions in the PM Songbook that The Sun in Montreal had been kicking around for a long time.)
Track 3 – Starts out as “Florida Greeting Song.” I love how he and Danny Gottlieb get into it on Watercolors, but it’s really fun to hear him play around with it . . .
Track 4 – what a challenging tune to play solo, live. He makes it sound so easy!
