Oscar Peterson : Piano

Jiri Mraz : Acoustic bass
Ray PriceĀ : Drums

By now we’ve all heard the sad news that Oscar Peterson, one of the greatest of all jazz pianists passed away on christmas eve aged 82. I hope you like this session from a lesser known version of Oscar’s trio but as always with his groups it swings like a bucket and he picks some great standards.

    Thanx for the posting

  2. Sorry about that…just a bit of good old fashioned old vaudivilian humour from the good people at urge2burge! The tune is of Course, You Stepped Out Of A Dream.
